Take a Chill Pill

I HATE being hot… In fact, I loathe it.

I run super cold naturally, it’s absolutely one of my constitutions. BUT the moment I get too warm, I turn into a demon. Warm cuddling sounds like a form of torture, I’d rather sleep on the floor…

That’s why I created the ‘chill pill'. (AKA Moistening & Cooling Tea) This cold infusion is my absolute favorite herbal treat for summer. What’s in the Chill Pill you ask?
Marshmallow Root, Nettle Leaf, Peppermint, and Hibiscus Flower.

All of these beautiful herbs serve so many functions, but I am utilizing them for the following reasons:

  • Marshmallow Root is naturally moistening and cooling. This herb is perfect for hot days outside gardening, enjoying time with family, or if you're feeling a bit under the weather.

  • Nettle Leaf is packed full of much-needed minerals (potassium, calcium, and iron) AND helps to reduce symptoms of allergies. (Ladies, Nettle is also a great addition to your tea routine for period support)

  • Peppermint Leaf is a cooling and calming herb best used for nausea, bloating, and general stomach upset.

  • Hibiscus Flower aids in cooling the body by adding hydration to the system and removing excess inflammation.
